Posting of your earplugs

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via SAPO (South African Post office) with a tracking number.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect your purchase.

* If, for some reason your earplugs arrive damaged, you may return any complete set of ear plugs, within 30 days, for a Free Replacement

* Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.

* All returns require an Authorization number. Please e-mail us at info@earplugsonline.co.za. Please include your reason for requesting a replacement.

We ask our customers to be careful when inserting and removing the ear plugs. Ears are delicate organs!
